2. 晕针指针刺过程中病人发生晕厥现象，典型症状有恶心欲吐，头晕目眩，面色苍白。精神疲倦，多汗心慌，四肢发冷，血压下降，脉象沉细，或神志昏迷，摔倒在地，唇甲青紫，二便失禁，脉微细欲绝。

处理：停止针刺，将针起出，平卧，头低足高位，检测生命体征，轻者饮温开水或糖水，针刺素髎、内关、足三里，灸百会、关元、气海，重者可使用中西结合抢救。
